So the holidays are over and it’s back to work time. I was hard at rest the last few days, but I have been working on the website too. I’m getting really close. I knew there would be a learning curve since it has been over 6 years since I built one, but I am picking it up quickly. There is a lot that has changed and that’s a whole other learning curve. Still planning on submitting to the printer by the end of the month. Keep your fingers crossed for us.
We need about $1,000 to get printing done of the first issue. A huge email fundraising campaign will go out as soon as the site is complete with hopes to cover that first issue and a few administrative costs and if we don’t meet our goal….I have a back up plan. We will print the first issue right here on my Canon Printer and distribute about 250 copies in Black and White on legal paper folded in half but I WILL PUBLISH! It might just be a really small newspaper. Fairy sized.

Well Fairy Size it is! Nothing was going to stop me from printing the first issue. So what if didn’t meet the fundraising goal. We did meet the self-imposed goal of Printing before the end of January We have started printing at home and are anxiously awaiting more ink. Still need to raise about $250. for that first printing.
