Arizona Gives!

The Street Fairy (.com) is proud to announce that we are participating in Arizona Gives Day!

THE STREET FAIRY delivers extraordinary information and resources regarding homelessness and poverty in the Greater Phoenix Area. Because of our amazing donors & sponsors we are able to publish StreetLights – A PHX Street Paper working to end homelessness in our community One Distributor | One Paper at a time. Our outreach programs are only limited by the support we receive and are highly accessible, informative, non-discriminatory (even the housed are welcomed and embraced) and we are socially, culturally and financially diverse in our publications and in our souls and our dedication to ending homelessness in our community.

While this is a tough time for our country, we are delighted in the way people have stepped up in their generosity and compassion. We see this as an opportunity to explore additional means of growing, supporting and connecting with our local community and your contribution will help us get there.

How you can help end homelessness!

If you would like to assist us in this journey, please consider donating to support our outreach, publications, peer support and advocacy.  And if you are among the many affected, but would still love to support us, you can support us by creating your own articles, stories, or even artwork and emailing to for publication and sharing within your on-line community.

Get rewarded for your donations!

We are also happy to share that the new federal CARE (COVID-19) relief bill is also making it more financially beneficial for you to support us:

Charitable Giving Incentive: Includes a new above-the-line deduction (universal or non-itemizer deduction that applies to all taxpayers) for total charitable contributions of up to $300. The incentive applies to contributions made in 2020 and would be claimed on tax forms next year. Section 2204. The bill also lifts the existing cap on annual contributions for those who itemize, raising it from 60 percent of adjusted gross income to 100 percent. For corporations, the bill raises the annual limit from 10 percent to 25 percent. Food donations from corporations would be available to 25 percent, up from the current 15 percent cap. Section 2205.”

Even though our application is still pending you may use our non-profit tax ID number and we will gladly provide you with any documentation you require.

Ending Homelessness can not be done alone!

All of us at The Street Fairy wish to express our sincere appreciation and gratitude for your support as we navigate these uncharted waters. The well being of our community and our distributors is our top priority as we continue our mission of ending homelessness through engaging content, public education, inspiring action and a dose of goodness towards humanity.  Because all of our citizens are worthy of kindness and good deeds.
